About Us & Our Mission

CasaFelice Group was founded in 2016 with the goal of offering an authentic alternative to anyone wishing to visit Venice with their family, experiencing the city with the pace and warmth of a local.

Over the years, our project has evolved by meeting the owners of historic family homes who no longer live in Venice. A unique synergy was born from this connection: allowing small property owners to keep their homes alive, enjoy them for short periods of the year to reconnect with friends and relatives, and eliminate management costs by entrusting us with the rental for the remaining months.

A sustainable solution that protects local real estate heritage while making both owners and our guests happy.

Attentive and sustainable management

We take care of every home with precise and transparent choices:

• Reduced environmental impact: We wash all linens personally and carry out cleaning with internal staff dedicated to eco-friendly practices. This is why our linens do not have the "industrial" look of large hotels.

• Attention to detail: Our homes are traditional, very spacious, and full of history. For this reason, they require time, dedication, and care to be prepared at their best.

• Authentic hospitality: We believe in the value of human connection. We will welcome you in person for check-in, showing you the secrets of the house and recommending the best itineraries and restaurants to experience the real Venice.

Homes with a soul

Ours is not a business focused solely on profit, but a lifestyle choice. We want to keep living in Venice, share the wonders of our city, and meet new people from all over the world.

In our properties, you will find furniture, objects, and details belonging to the families who lived there: "lived-in" homes that preserve a soul and an ancient story that we will be happy to share with you.

Our genuine approach

• Spontaneous communication: We offer a professional service, and even if our languages might not always be perfect, we will always do our best to understand each other and communicate from the heart.

• A "showcase" website: This platform reflects our cozy, homemade spirit. It is not possible to book or pay directly online: we prefer it to be a showcase to display our solutions and start a direct conversation with you.
